[Investigating] We are aware of an issue where customers cannot access the Nintex Workflow Gallery or Manually Start an existing Workflow. Please raise a ticket with Microsoft and Nintex. This has only been reported for a few tenants in Europe.

[Identified] We have identified the issue is occurring within the Microsoft Office 365 workflow infrastructure. We have reached out Microsoft to alert them to this issue. We recommend customers encountering this issue raise a ticket with Microsoft directly via their Office 365 admin portal.

[Identified] Our internal monitoring indicates this issue is has gradually decreased and recovered. Microsoft support continues working towards to resolve the issues completely. Nintex Engineering will continue to monitor the issue. We recommend customers encountering this issue raise a ticket with Microsoft directly via their Office 365 admin portal.

[Investigating] We are aware of an issue where customer may see the following error opening a workflow: 'Error opening a workflow. Value cannot be null. Parameter name : Workflow App Id Our preliminary investigation suggests this is an issue within the Office 365 infrastructure. Nintex has escalated the issue to Microsoft and is working directly to resolve. Workflow execution is unaffected.
