[Identified] [Identified] Microsoft has recently updated the list creation process in the Modern experience which has resulted in a underlying changed the default content type for the list. The new content type is currently not compatible with Nintex Forms. We have identified the current symptoms when creating a new form : • Classic and Responsive Designer: After opening the designer the error message Error - Cannot use Nintex Forms for content type : [List Name] will be displayed and you are not able to proceed. • New Responsive Designer: The default autogenerated form will have two file upload controls, both with the same name. You are able to publish the form, however when using the Form Filler you are not able to successful submit. Known Workarounds: 1. Create your list using SharePoint's Classic experience. This will create the list with a default content type that is compatible with the Classic, Responsive and New Responsive Designer. 2. For New Responsive Designer you can delete the two default file upload controls (both will be called Attachments), and add a new file upload control.

[Monitoring] An update to Nintex Forms (Classic and Responsive) has been completed and you are now able to use design forms on lists created by Microsoft Lists, see the product release notes for more information. https://community.nintex.com/t5/Release-Notes/Nintex-Forms-for-Office-365-Release-Notes/ta-p/87909
