[Identified] Our preliminary investigation suggests this is an issue within the Office 365 infrastructure impacting list Workflow. We recommend customers encountering this issue raise a ticket with Microsoft directly via their Office 365 admin portal as well as raising the issue to Nintex Support team.

[Investigating] We are aware of an issue where workflow are falling Assign a Task and Send An Email Action. Sample error: For O365 - "Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException","message":{"lang":"en-US","value":"The e-mail message cannot be sent. Make sure the e-mail has a valid recipient."}}}"." For NAC - "400 - [{"code":"INVALID_FORMAT","params":["email","{\"value\":\" We have identified that the issue is occurring with the Microsoft Infrastructure of Office 365. Small subset of customers in the West US region maybe impacted. We have raised a Sev A ticket with Microsoft support and will update this ticket as more information is available. We recommend customers encountering this issue raise a ticket with Microsoft directly via their Office 365 admin portal.

[Investigating] We are aware of an issue where customer may see the following error opening a workflow: 'Error opening a workflow. Value cannot be null. Parameter name : Workflow App Id Our preliminary investigation suggests this is an issue within the Office 365 infrastructure. Nintex has escalated the issue to Microsoft and is working directly to resolve. Workflow execution is unaffected.
