We are currently experiencing intermittent service unavailability and performance degradation affecting customers in our West US region. We have identified that this is due to an ongoing Microsoft Azure infrastructure outage. This upstream issue is impacting several underlying services in the region, resulting in intermittent connectivity or "Service Unavailable" errors for some users. Our team is closely monitoring the situation, and we will provide further updates as the provider works toward a resolution.

We are continuing to monitor the ongoing Microsoft Azure infrastructure disruption affecting the West US region. Microsoft has confirmed that the underlying cause is an external utility power interruption at a regional datacenter facility. While the provider’s backup systems are active, some infrastructure in the impacted zones has not yet fully recovered, leading to intermittent service availability. We are tracking Azure’s progress as they restore service and validate system health. We will provide further updates as the provider's infrastructure stabilizes.
