[Monitoring] The Process Manager product team identified a configuration update that was made to the US and Canada data zone as part of an optimization effort. This resulted in an unforeseen configuration conflict that resulted in some customers not being able to see Process Group data. The update has been rolled back and the team is analyzing the system logs to prevent any related conflicts in the future.
